Baked Fish with Tahini Sauce | Main Course
Rona Campos Rebeiz , Broummana , Lebanon
1 large fish fillet
1 garlic clove crushed
1/4 liter tahini or sesame seed oil
1 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup water
1/2 bunch of parsley, chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Marinate the fish with salt and pepper for 1 hour.
Grease the pan and bake the fish at 180 degrees C.
In a food processor, add the tahini sauce, garlic with a pinch of salt.
Put the lemon juice, keep on mixing until the sauce is thick. Add water if too thick.
Add the parsley and set a side.
Allow the fish to cool before you pour the sauce on top.
