For most Christian religions or sects, fish is not a meat, which is why it's the popular choice on Fridays during lent.Try this baked fish with tahini sauce.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1 large fish fillet
  • 2 1 garlic clove crushed
  • 3 1/4 liter tahini or sesame seed Mazolla oil
  • 4 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 5 1/4 cup water
  • 6 1/2 bunch of parsley, chopped
  • 7 salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

  • 1 Marinate the fish with salt and pepper for 1 hour.
  • 2 Grease the pan and bake the fish at 180 degrees C.
  • 3 In a food processor, add the tahini sauce, garlic with apinch of salt.
  • 4 Put the lemon juice,keep on mixing until the sauce is thick. Add water if too thick.
  • 5 Add the parsley and set a side.
  • 6 Allow the fish to cool before you pour the sauce on top.

TIPS

You can also fry some pine nuts in butter and pour on top.

Baked fish a nutritious and balanced dish and is an excellent source of heart-healthy Omega 3 fatty acids; Adding tahini sauce increases the amount of Calories and Fat per serving; If you are on a low-fat diet, replace Tahini with a low-fat alternative or consume Tahini in moderation.
