Everyone loves pizza, and piling your pizza with vegetables means you can enjoy a healthy pizza anytime.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1 large pita bread or arabic bread
  • 2 1/2 bunch parsley,finely chopped
  • 3 2 Tbs tomato paste
  • 4 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 5 1/2 green or red capsicum, sliced
  • 6 100 grams mushrooms, sliced
  • 7 1 big tomato, sliced
  • 8 4 grams olives, round or seedless
  • 9 1/4 cup mozarella cheese, grated
  • 10 1/4 cup of akkawi unsalted
  • 11 1 Tbs oregano, dried chili powder (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  • 1 Preheat the oven for 220 degrees C.
  • 2 Grease baking pan, place the pita bread on it.
  • 3 Top with tomato paste, parsley, onion, tomatoes, mushrooms and olives.
  • 4 Combine cheese and sprinkle evenly over pizza.
  • 5 Sprinkle with oregano and chili if you desired.
  • 6 Cook in oven for10 minutes or untilthe cheesemelts and vegetables cook.

TIPS

We can used white or brown pita bread.

HEALTHIER VERSION

Opt for whole wheat bread that contains more fiber than white bread and for lower fat content, choose low fat mozzarella cheese
