Masbahet el darwish | Tabikh/Main Course

Masbahet al Darwish means a chain, so all these different ingredients hook up together like a chain and they taste so good.
  • 2 carrots chopped small (julienne)
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 Courgettes
  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 green peppers
  • 2 chili peppers
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1 leek
  • Cooking oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 Tsp of tomato paste
  • 1 large eggplant cut small

    • Wash all the vegetables and chop them into Julienne small squares.
    • Start by putting the oil in a dish that goes in the oven.
    • Fry onion garlic and gradually add the ingredients then put all in the oven at 200.
    • Keep stirring from time to time
    • It takes approximately 45 min according to taste.
