Masbahet el darwish | Tabikh/Main Course

Masbahet al Darwish means a chain, so all these different ingredients hook up together like a chain and they taste so good.
2 carrots chopped small (julienne)
2 Onions
2 Courgettes
2 potatoes
2 green peppers
2 chili peppers
2 tomatoes
5 cloves of garlic
1 leek
Cooking oil
Salt and pepper
1 Tsp of tomato paste
1 large eggplant cut small

Wash all the vegetables and chop them into Julienne small squares.
Start by putting the oil in a dish that goes in the oven.
Fry onion garlic and gradually add the ingredients then put all in the oven at 200.
Keep stirring from time to time
It takes approximately 45 min according to taste.
